My name is Philip Archibald. I am a certified personal trainer with six years of experience in cosmetic fitness, bodybuilding, injury rehabilitation, and functional exercise programming. I push every client to their limits and text them multiple times a day to encourage healthy eating. I even created a facebook group to help build relationships and accountabilty between clients. We weigh, check bodyfat, and take progress pictures weekly to make sure that our training methods and food intake are getting us closer to our goals. I have trained hungreds of clients.
