Miguel Delgado, M.D. is a highly-regarded plastic and reconstructive surgeon in the San Francisco Bay Area, he is a member of the American Society for Plastic Surgery, the most exclusive and respected plastic surgery organization in the world and certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Delgado graduated from the University of California San Francisco with honors in 1982 and then did his internship and residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Recognized as the preeminent teaching hospital in the United States, Johns Hopkins has trained more surgical chairmen than any other hospital. Dr. Delgado surgical residency was at Stony Brook University Medical Center in East Meadow, NY. This extensive training provided Dr. Delgado with exceptional experience in all aspects of plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Delgado opened his private practice in the San Francisco Bay area upon completion of his surgical training. Since 1988, Dr. Delgado has successfully completed thousands of surgeries with aesthetic plastic surgery as his primary focus. Facelifts, mommy makeovers, breast procedures, tummy tucks and gynecomastia reduction surgery are procedures routinely performed by Dr. Delgado.
