The owner of the gym holds world titles in powerlifting records (Strict Curling and Bench Records), knowledge of penitentiary lifting and has won first and overall in bodybuilding competitions. CT Fletcher began boxing at the age of 17, weight lifting since the age of 21 and has been a personal trainer for 33 years. This gym was created from life-time struggles, accomplishments, and transformation of a true Iron Addict. 2. Trainers available to members with knowledge and/or certifications in MMA, Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, Penitentiary, Boxing, and Nutrition.
