Family Health Foods was established in 1973. Starting in the basement, Adlai Helmuth (Owner) and his wife, Edna, wanted to have healthier foods available. Later after adding many supplements and alternative medicines they moved into a building - which for 5 years now has been a garage since family health foods took another step of growth and moved across the road into a large building. Now located 1 mile south of Arthur with a large selection available of natural herbal remedies, herbal teas, specialty bulk foods and a section of kitchen items. The goal remains the same - to provide quality products at reasonable prices with friendly service. With a great demand for more products to help each individual, we have added quite a variety and are willing to special order products if not in stock. We enjoy having these items available and learning as we go along to help each be healthy and feel better.
