All new systems come with a 3-year warranty either in-house or on-site with American tech support and not outsourced to off shore companies like others do to save money. All new systems contain name brand high end parts and are not cheap generics like many others. We offer either onsite service where we can come to you, whether it is your home or business, and in-house where you bring it to us or we will even come and pick it up and take it back to our office and work on it. We can complete all work onsite with exceptions of extensive testing of hardware and/or time consuming jobs where it is easier to work in our office.
