Jiu-Jitsu is also incorporated into the Kempo training, using ground-fighting techniques to make the self-defense more practical and well-rounded. USSD Martial Arts San Clemente is open 6 days a week and offers flexible training schedules, making it easy for you to train and progress through the ranks at your own pace. Group Instruction consists of students close to the same age and ability. The classes are one hour long and feature self-defense instruction, physical conditioning, various reaction drills, and training exercises designed to increase the skills necessary for effective self-defense.
