Dr Guy McDougal, Optometrist, has practiced in east Mesa since 1991. After 20 years of leasing space inside of the Superstition Springs Mall in Mesa, March of 2011, he moved his practice outside of LensCrafters to a larger location on the Northeast corner of Gilbert and Southern in Mesa, Arizona. With this move, we offer a bright clean office with earlier office hours, close, convenient parking, a new optical boutique with a large selection of the newest frames available. We accept most insurance such as: AEI, AETNA, AMERIBEN, AZ PIPE TRADES, BCBS, CIGNA, GILSBAR, EYEMED, HUMANA GOLD, MEDICARE, MMSI, MTN STATES, SOUTHWEST SERVICE ADMIN, TRICARE, VSP.
