My name is Arla, please allow me to introduce myself and extend my services as a "Day-of" wedding coordinator to you.I am owner of Sedillos Events, we specialize in "Day-of" wedding coordinating. Unlike a full-service wedding coordinator, a “Day-of” coordinator is for brides and grooms who want to do most of the planning themselves, but when their wedding day arrives, they need a professional to execute all of their hard work and ensure that their vision becomes a reality.Too often, brides rely on family and friends to help carry out plans on the day of their wedding. By asking a friend or family member to take on this stressful task, that person will not be able to enjoy the event as a guest, and will end up feeling like “event staff.” In most cases, your “volunteers” have little experience in the role of event planner/coordinator. They often end up feeling overwhelmed as they try to keep on top of everything that must be done to ensure that the day runs smoothly. Should you consider Sedillos Events as your "Day-of" coordinator, we will: •Meet with you and your fiance gather key information (go over ceremony details, reception details, special arrangements, etc.) •Confirm with each vendor specific details (flowers, decorators, cake, photographer, limousine, entertaintment, etc...) •Create a schedule of your wedding day (timeline for ceremony and reception) •Conduct the rehearsal •Manage vendors •Synchronize the “Introductions/Grand Entrance” •Ensure delivery of boutonnières and bouquets to Wedding Party •Orchestrate the set up of the ceremony and reception locations •Set out guest book, journaling pages, place cards, favors, toasting goblets, etc. •Be present and available throughout the wedding day to make sure everything runs smoothly •Act as a liaison between your families, the wedding party, and the vendors to ensure great communication •Supervise the reception activities •Assist the Bride and Groom with all activities prior to and following the ceremony, as well as the Reception •Collect all personal items that have been placed at the ceremony and reception •Ensure proper processing of Wedding gifts All though our service is for "Day-of" Wedding coordinator our services begin during the final month of preparation.You will have unlimited access to me via email or phone leading up to your wedding day.If there is anything I can assist you with along the way, I am here tohelp.I will be available to answer questions, calm nerves and give advice.I am here to unsure that all of the little details are taken care of.But, my most important goal is to ensure that you, your fiance and your families have the most beautiful and memorable day of your lives.
