Llewellyn's Construction is a full-service land clearing, excavation, and demolition contractor serving the Houston, Dallas, southeast Texas and surrounding markets for over 15 years. Founded in 1996 by John Llewellyn, Llewellyn's Construction concentrated on catering to the residential consumer and their basic land clearing and excavation requirements. Every project brought with it a unique set of skill sets which strengthened our expertise level and expanded our resume. It did not take long for Llewellyn's Construction to become a trusted authority and leader in all phases of earth work for Montgomery, Harris and all the surrounding counties in southeast Texas. As the company and its reputation grew, so did the grandeur and diversity of our clients requests, creating a whole new set of challenges. John and his team embraced these challenges and took great pride in producing finished results that far exceeded the customers' expectations. Llewellyn's Construction "Bulldozed" into the new millennium with sound opportunities and an aggressive strategy to broaden and re-define the company's focus and direction. In 2003, Llewellyn's Construction incorporated and began to diversify by intergrading the commercial, industrial and farm/ranch sectors into the company's portfolio. This proved to be a natural complement and opened the doors to several larger projects. Even with the complexity of the company successfully crossing over to other venues, John never forgot that the foundation of the company was entrenched in the residential sector. In fact, the residential division was awarded and successfully completed several impressive projects in addition to the many mainstream requests. One such project included the construction of a 5 acre pond that was 52 feet deep, in conjunction with a house pad that had a built up of 21 feet high that encompassed over 6000 S.F. of just living space. Though the years there have been many accomplishments that Llewellyn's Construction is proud to recognize but none compare to the honor bestowed upon John and his team in January 2006. The ABC TV series EXTREME MAKEOVER HOME EDITION, in conjunction with Royce Homes, extended Llewellyn's Construction an invitation to participate in their philanthropic project located in Rosenberg, Texas. To be blessed with the opportunity to do what we do best, for such a humanitarian cause, was both a privilege and a life changing experience that will stay with all who were involved. Today, more than ever, the focus is on the environment and saving our natural resources. At Llewellyn's Construction, we take this issue seriously. We constantly upgrade and modify our equipment to keep the fleet as energy efficient and environmentally friendly as possible.
