Actually I think it’s time to share a success story with a buyer I had a couple of years ago. And I’ll do that as I tour Bridges Crossing located in Simpsonville SC. A couple of years ago I have a very nice lady from the Charleston area contact me because she wanted to relocate to the upstate. Well, to make a long story short, she’s been in the area for a couple of years now and simply loves it! She is a realtor and doing great as a buyer’s agent just like me. And folks, again, I’ll remind you that the majority of realtors in Greenville who use the title buyer’s agent actually list homes or are working for a big listing team and try and sell the listings team’s homes. Folks, I’ll tell you, it makes me feel good when I have a seasoned real estate agent contact me to help assist with a purchase. And she liked my speciality so much that she too became an Exclusive Buyer’s Agent! Hey, real quickly let’s get some numbers on Bridges Crossing for you. There were 11 sales in Bridges Crossing over the last year with an average sold price of $166,000. Average days on the market was 60 and the neighborhood is selling at $93 per sq. foot. The HOA will run you $425 per year and that will cover common areas and the nice pool. What do I like about Bridges Crossing?
