I send the Excel Spreadsheet to you and your accountant. You take the Excel Spreadsheet and a print out of the back-up receipts to your meeting with your accountant. By sending me all of your business receipts on monthly schedule, we assure that ever expense is allocated for optimizing your tax credits for your Ranch, Ffarm or Small Business.
