Mr. Milton worked for years with the Florida Department of Transportation and as a property appraiser. During his working years he saw the need for a self-storage facility in Marianna, Florida. He developed and built Milton's Mini Storage, one of Jackson County's first self-storage facilities. As Mr. Milton saw a need for more units he added additional units and sizes. Today Milton's Mini Storage has 12 buildings containing various size units.
