We offer fair, honest, and courteous treatment to everyone. -Land -Acreages -Farm -Ranches -Estates -Farm Machinery Wieman Land & Auction Co., Inc. is a third generation family company that was start by Earl Wieman in 1949. Earl was a farmer in the Canistota, SD area and decided to extend into the auction business. Earl and his two sons, Gary and Rich, with the help of their wives Carol and Louise have since then branched into many more areas such as the machinery consignment auctions, private machinery sales, real estate sales, and real estate and personal property appraisals. Gary and Rich handle and conduct all real estate and personal property auctions. Gary's two sons, Kevin and Mike, and Rich's sons, Ryan & Derek, have also entered into the business. Kevin and Ryan work in the office and tend to handle most of the Real Estate transactions. Mike is the shop foreman at the auction building which is located one mile south of Marion on Hwy 44. Rich's son, Derek, also works at the auction lot and assists in the the auction and real estate business. Marlo Wieman, which is a cousin of Gary and Rich, has also merged his Implement business with Wieman Auction to form Wieman Machinery Auction an affiliate of Wieman Land & Auction Co., Inc. Wieman Auction has grown over the past 60 years but one thing is still the same. We offer fair, honest, and courteous treatment to everyone.
