This company was formed by Gary Stephenson, who had previously served as Senior Designer for the golf course architecture firm of Graham amp; Panks International. GPI was a Phoenix, Arizona based company, which began in 1988 as a partnership between PGA Tour player David Graham, and golf architect, Gary Panks.
