By incorporating a variety of martial arts including Wing Chun Kung Fu, Kickboxing, Jujitsu and Kali Stick & Knife Fighting. We teach our students how to effectively adapt to various fighting situations. They learn how to defend themselves while standing up, on the ground or against weapons by using Personal Defense Tactics and Martial Science. Through our classes you'll not only learn how to defend yourself, but you'll develop tactical thinking skills, increase your energy level and get into better shape.
