Prior to the time of filing your tax, returns, we review all expenses and categories assuring that we have all of the information we need to file your tax returns accurately. I send the Excel Spreadsheet to you and your accountant. You take the Excel Spreadsheet and a print out of the back-up receipts to your meeting with your accountant. Your tax returns can be filed quickly and easily. By sending me all of your business receipts on monthly schedule, we assure that ever expense is allocated for optimizing your tax credits for your Ranch, Ffarm or Small Business. I also prepare correspondence, create and send invoices, proof read and finalize reports, prepare travel arrangements and reconciliation, track accounts payable and receivable, perform other office functions as needed. I also incorporate businesses into an LLC, S Corp, or other corporate holdings.
