If you contact us as soon as the chip is noticed we will more than likely be able to repair your glass with little or no cost to you. If your damage is larger or if it can not be repaired we will replace your windshield with a high quality replacement. Every Insurer works a little different. When you call us first we will explain the process your insurer uses and help you with any paper work. Over the years we have complied numbers that go straight through to the person handling the glass claims. This saves a lot of hold time. We do a three way call with you and the insurer. We get approval before starting any work. We can bill any insurer and have never charged a customer for a covered repair.
