Frank is a member the National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives and is admitted to practice in the following federal courts: Eastern District of Missouri; Western District of Missouri; Southern District of Illinois; Central District of Illinois; Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals; and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He was admitted to the Missouri Bar in October 1993. Paralegal Nancy J has been a legal assistant for over 16 years. She has worked at the United States Attorneys' Office and several private law firms.
