Welcome to Applewood Living Center Applewood Living Center is a newly renovated skilled nursing and long-term care community in Longmont. Our staff includes Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Resident Care Specialists (Certified Nurse Aides). Our skilled nursing team of RNs and LPNs help patients with congestive heart failure and cardiac care, pain management, I.V. therapy and wound care from diabetic wounds to ulcers. This care along with physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy help patients with loss of balance, mobility, neuromuscular re-education, communication skills and swallowing, assisting patients from strokes or after complications of an injury, illness or surgery.
