Since 1996, Always Best Care has helped families with non-medical in-home care and assisted living placement services. Now we’re adding skilled home care in select locations. With Always Best Care, every client receives extraordinary care in an inspiring environment with caring people. Our Care Coordinators have worked with more than 25,000 seniors across the country. We're here to serve you! Non-Medical Home Care Given the choice, most of us want to stay in our homes. Sometimes, though, people need help to remain at home. That's where Always Best Care Senior Services comes in. Always Best Care in-home services are for people who prefer to stay at home but need ongoing care that cannot easily be provided by their family or friends. More and more older adults prefer to live independent, non-institutionalized lives, and in-home care is a safe, effective way to provide care in the comfort of one's own home. Since 1996, Always Best Care has been providing non-medical in-home care for seniors and others when they need it most. Over the years, we have helped more than 25,000 seniors maintain higher levels of dignity and respect. We have rigorous standards to ensure that your loved ones receive the highest level of in-home care. At Always Best Care, we believe it's a good feeling to be included in our clients' lives. Subtle smiles and long talks, showing kindness and humor during difficult times, providing the right levels of care - these are the quality services provided by Always Best Care that set us apart from other companies. Our home care services encompass a wide range of health and social services for you or your loved one (please note, though, that sometimes the type of services we can provide depend on licensing in your state). Free evaluation The first step in our process includes a free personal consultation with an Always Best Care coordinator. A Care Coordinator will be happy to meet with you, discuss your needs, and assist with a personalized Care Plan specific to the level of care you need. Assisted Living Placement Services Senior housing can take many forms, including independent and assisted living communities, Alzheimer's and dementia care homes, residential care homes (also known as board and care), and skilled nursing facilities. An assisted living community for seniors provides care for persons who need some help with activities of daily living, yet who wish to remain as independent as possible. These communities bridge the gap between independent living and nursing homes. Residents in assisted living communities aren't able to live by themselves, but they don't require constant care. Medical care is limited in an assisted living community and each state sets its own limits. Residents are assessed when they move into the community so the community can develop an individualized service plan to ensure that the senior get the best care possible. There are about 33,000 assisted living communities in the United States. The number of residents living in a community can range from a few up to 300, with the most common size being between 25 and 120 individuals. Each community offers different levels of care and charges varying rates. The communities range in size from high rises to classic Victorians. Rooms vary from studios to one and two bedroom apartments with kitchenettes. Residents may suffer from memory disorders, various diseases, or simply need help with mobility, incontinence or other challenges. Assisted living is appropriate for anyone who can no longer manage to live on their own but doesn't require medical care.
