Our award-winning hair cutting system was created by founder Maryanne McCormack after years of personal study under such hair styling pioneers as Paul Mitchell. At Visible Changes, we require all new staff members to complete our Basic Training Program, whether they are new cosmetology graduates or experienced in the industry.
