Mr. Gibbs has been a consultant and a problem solver all of his life. For the past fifteen years Mr. Gibbs has worked as a forensic engineer. A typical report is delivered to the person who ordered it in about three working days and sometimes less. Over the years Mr. Gibbs’ report writing has evolved to a very high level of quality. It is difficult to write any report for more than one audience, but Mr. Gibbs reports are written to be useable and understandable to three audiences: the homeowner who may have no technical training, the insurance company adjustor who may have had some technical training and a little or a lot of experience reading and working with technical reports and, lastly, another engineer hired by the homeowner or a foundation company to dispute Mr. Gibbs’ report.
