Pitchfork Fondue is the premier venue to experience an authentic western outdoor cookout with views of the Wind River Mountains as a backdrop. We hand trim the meat, thread it on a pitchfork, and then cook it to perfection in a large cauldron of hot oil heated by a wood fire. With our delicious sauces for you steak or chicken, freshly homemade potato chips, buffalo brats, baked potatoes, deep-fried onions, fresh green and fruit salads, plus a homemade brownie or lemon bar, this is a meal you will always remember.
