Braden run animal hospital [brah] opened its doors in may 2002. Initially the practice started in the basement of the mcmillen's waynesburg home. The less than 600 square feet area consisted of a waiting/reception room, one exam room, a surgery room, x-ray/dark room, lab/laundry room. Initially we were a mixed animal practice with a 24 hour emergency service seeing all species of animals, including birds and reptiles. The practice quickly outgrew the mcmillen's basement and a new 1800 square foot fully equipped modern animal hospital was built adjacent to the mcmillen's home. The basement is now used as an annex storage area and offsite office and is electronically connected to the main hospital.
