This small collection of casitas and multi-home buildings is located near the university, shopping and restaurants. It is only 3 blocks from the Mountain Avenue bike path to the university and is within close walking distance to public transportation. Although this community is situated in the heart of Tucson, you might not realize it's based in a quiet location. The rental rate for each home includes water, sewer, gas and electric. As a result, you will not have to establish utility services or pay utility deposits. These homes can be rented for 12 months or longer. We currently have 1 bedroom and studio units available. Every adult age 18 and over must complete an application. The application fee is $45 per adult. The application process includes credit, criminal, previous rental history, employment and income verifications. If you are concerned about past credit, a co-signer may be added. We do not allow smoking on the premises and can not accept section 8 at this time. Pets are allowed upon approval.
