It’s not enough to provide only the 2d designs on paper this is why I build a full size 3d model on every project. The renderings of the photo realistic model provide the owner with details down to the final project finishes and colors. Preliminary construction cost can be established before the final construction drawings are completed in this way the model can be changed and or adjusted to reflect the owner’s desired budget. Time schedules and cost budgets are created adjusted and also tracked as the project progress in Microsoft Project a powerful construction management software.
