Our center, located in the Von Maur Court of South Park Mall (map), boasts three separate dojangs allowing us to offer classes simultaneously throughout every day of the week. All of our classes are led by an outstanding group of award-winning black and senior belt instructors. We pride ourselves on offering unparalleled instruction in a family-friendly environment. Class offerings: Tae Kwon Do - A Korean style of martial art known for its jumping nature. Little Tigers - Essentially, Tae Kwon Do for youngsters. Younger students require a different approach due to overflowing energy levels and shorter attention spans, but that doesn't mean we want to hold off on their training! Tae KarDio - A butt-kicking... bag-punching... fist-pounding... stress-relieving... workout!
