Nestled in the heart of the Northwoods of Wisconsin, the Shell Lake Arts Center features instruction by professionals at the top of their craft. Known across the nation as America's longest running jazz camp, the Shell Lake Arts Center's programs include far more than jazz; summer choir, African drumming, painting and drawing, film making, rock band camp, extreme pottery, dance Intensive, acting and playwriting, and music theatre week. Whether you're a saxophonist with a dream to study with the great Eugene Rousseau, an actor that wants to learn from a professional New York City actor, or an artist that seeks a gorgeous, secluded setting to immerse yourself in paint for a week, there is something for everyone at the Shell Lake Arts Center.
