Mama-Lates is a pilates style fitness class that you can do WITH your baby. Pregnancy is hard on the body and caring for a new baby adds a new element of strain. Repetitive motions, such as lifting out of the crib, carrying a heavy car seat, and just holding your baby can wreak havoc on your body. The Mama-Lates exercise program targets key muscles to give your body the chance to heal and return to its pre-pregnancy state. Unlike other fitness classes, Mama-Lates incorporates your child. Having your baby participate in class will strengthen their sensory experience as well as aid in their development.
