Santiago Estates is an award winning 55+ Manufactured Home Community conveniently located just six miles east of Interstate 5, in the beautiful Thurston area of Springfield. The McKenzie Highway passes by the front of the community Santiago Estates is just minutes away from the McKenzie Recreation Area, well known for snow sports, fishing, hiking, backpacking and many other outdoor activities. The LTD bus stops at the front entrance of the community in both directions and the main transfer station for LTD, is only three blocks away. Santiago Estates features a large clubhouse, which includes a Billiard Room, Indoor Jacuzzi and Saunas. Also included is a Swimming Pool, Tennis Court, Putting Green, Horseshoe Pits, and BBQ's located in the Clubhouse area. All of these are available to the residents and guests of Santiago Estates.
