Premier had a good referral from our neighbor and some of the other companies we got quotes from had several bad reviews, so we chose to use Premier, despite a slightly higher price. In 2007, there was frequent rain delays, but I can't blame them for that. Their big pitch was that they used the highest quality subs in the business and checked up frequently on their work.
