They came out to fix my leaking washing machine, found leaking hose and water inlet, was going to charge me $185 for repair, $85 of which was labor, found the part on partselect.com for ..wait for it... $5.54.. are you serious? Do not use these guys, find another repair place that doesn't charge a $50 trip fee then this kind of mark up on a part, just ridiculous.
