I am a regular customer of Ngoc Tram and I bought 2 18 k bangle. From the owner and I later find out that it was not 100% gold I went back to get my refund and the owner only gave me half my money I think it was unfair because it was not my fault that the merchant they get thier jewelry. From is not honest. So I gave them another chance I put a jewelry on layaway and put $300 down. but because of financial probs I decided to get a different jewelry in replace of it and the owner only offered to give me $60 towards another jewelry.
