My insurance company used CCC to determine the value of my total lost truck, the result is a COMPLETE JOKE! BEWARE if your insurance company follows the same procedure. I was told that NADA and Kelly Blue Book which are used in the auto industry everyday were basically unreliable and were not used by insurance company. Mine will be a battle I should not be put though. Check with your company and make sure you won't be taken to the cleaners by CERTIFIED CLLLATERAL CORP. If they had negative stars I would put those, but it made me put at least one to get the review in.
