Review

We used FWD for home addition costing $120,000. The final inspection from the city fails. Supposedly FWD corrected the problem but now refuses to to call for re-inspection because the city requires energy audit, which the city requires for permit. The city representative says he specifically remembers telling FWD about the energy audit reqm't when FWD applied for the permit. Now FWD will not return our phone calls. I strongly recommend that you not use this builder. Comes across as very professional at first, but most definitely is not.
