I went to him back in November 2006 with a gift certificate for an initial evaluation. He wanted to do x-rays, but I said no thanks because I can't afford them. The doctor then said oh it's included with your gift certificate. I went to him maybe 2 more visits before he wanted to put me on a plan and pay $2000 up front for 20 visits. Two years later I received a letter in the mail from a collection agency saying I owed Luquette Chiropractic $522. I called and spoke to the office manager. They were charging me for my first initial visit, the xrays, plus for him to read
