Review
Living at Pecan Valley is okay. Thought it was more sound proof than it is. The people upstairs sound as if they are stomping when they walk across the floor. They slam cabinet doors too. Plumbing is not all that good.....Parking is awful. There are no designated parking spaces. Everyone parks where ever. People who live in other buildings park in what should be your space. Visitors are always parking in front of the apartments where tenants should be parking. The maintenance guys are great. The manager is very nice and friendly.
