My husband and I were searching for a quality used car, and we noticed Budget Motors had a few cars that looked pretty decent. We walked around the cars and checked them out, then decided to check to see if Budget Motors was even open. Nobody came out to greet us or anything. We walked up to the door, and the man (he was somewhat older) opened the door when we got somewhat close. So, basically he was watching us through the window the whole time. Creepy.
