We got scammed. It was the old bait and switch. We were in agreement with all the terms of our loan for the 4 weeks prior to closing and on the day before closing, they told us that the terms had changed and we had to pay them a whole lot more money. We were stuck. It was the day before closing and there was nothing we could do. All the funds we had set aside for repairs ended up going to Mission Mortgage. No time to find another lender. They deceived us in a big way. Please don't waste your time with this company.
