The management team is horrible, especially the manager. I heard many friends (used to live there) complaint about them, unfortunately, I already had moved in. They are not helpful at all. Always making promises and seldom fulfill them or waiting until you forget. Many tenants hope they would be fired soon. The area looks cheap and ugly. I pay 515$/ 1 br - one of the highest prices in this area. I don't know why some people previously commented here that the price is cheap - probably they work for this apartment complex :) or get paid to write such thin
