Owner is a very UNPLEASANT person to deal with. Employees treated me nice, they were very helpful when I was trying to choose my flowers and made very good recommendations. However, when I went to the front to pay, the owner was a very arrogant lady that all she cared about was to make sure I knew she was the owner of the place. When charging me, she took out a different price list than the one salesmen have and had higher prices. She tries to fool customers by overcharging. Very arrogant and high-handed personality. Definitely not a person I want to do busine
