I am a natural blonde and wanted my hair more blonde. They bleached it out and it was tweety bird yellow. I asked them if they could fix it and they told me to go to the local beauty warehouse and buy a toner to fix it myself! When I mentioned that you have to be licensed to go there they to me to go to Penny's to get it fix. When I asked for my money back they said it was against policy to refund money. I can't blame the stylist but I can't believe that this is how you "teach" color to students or run a business!
