I have been a very good customer of Covington Credit for well over a year and a half, without any issues. Recently they changed their policies and now they will call you the day that you are due and if they get your voicemail will leave you a message, hang up and immediately start calling down your references until they reach someone. They do not allow you a chance to call you back, they treat you like a criminal. I will pay off this loan and never go there again. And no amount of money would make me recommend them to anyone.
