If you are interviewing for a position at this firm, be very CAREFUL! Politics run rampant (even though the partner you interview with, will tell you there are no politics at this firm, this is a complete fabrication) and the majority of the managers and partners are impersonal, discouraging and very cold. Management likes to keep the staff in their "silos" and do not encourage teamwork or comradery, unless it's billable. You have to account for every 6 minutes of your day!!!
