I'm from Chicago and recently took up archery. I called Hysell in the morning and asked if they had time to provide lessons and additional guidance to me since I'm new and coming from far, which I was willing to pay for. They assured me that someone could work with me. When I got to Hysell, they were with other customers and I waited about 20 minutes before they even acknowledged I was there.
