DO NOT RENT from this person or buy from this person. This company is ran by Ramsay and he is a CROOK!!! He jacks up his rent prices, he doesnt repair ANYTHING and he acts like people owe him something. We rented from him and we we NEVER late on our payments. He tried to charge us to fix an AC system and plumbing in his building. We were on a month to month lease, and when we informed him we were leaving, he locked us out and then said we owed him money for work he did for his property. Are u serious?!
