This place takes advantage of people and don't care to provide customer service... I went and got a tattoo on my ankle at this establishment because a friend told me she got her tattoos there... well the guy first over charged me for the tattoo and I discussed my concern with the coloring he said it would be no problem and if the color faded then he would redo the tattoos coloring... well the color faded..so I called to have him to redo the tattoo and he start avoiding me.. then I set an appointment.. he never showed up.. so I got the manager involved to help to set up th
