Come on administrators...hire some creative teachers and get in touch with the culture of your students and families! I went to a school board meeting ...I was the only one there that was not a board member. Not one board member or administrator acknowledged me ...not even a handshake. Did they ask me who my 2 kids were and what school they attended in Midlothian? NO!! I mean not even any eye contact! ??? ...and no I am not in one of the "sub-groups" divided by race and I am not economically disadvantaged either.
