To start off, my husband called to make a reservation for our family at Magleby's and the first time they hung up on him. He called back and this time they said "Uh, I don't know I will have to get back to you." How difficult can it be to make a reservation? Then an hour later they called back and said "we are booked upstairs but we can "squeeze" you in downstairs" as if they didn't have room. Not fully understanding what "downstairs" meant, he accepted the reservation for the said date. When we got there, there were plenty of spaces up
