Review
Bought a plotter and had it delivered. The plotter was to be network ready but never has worked. Action sent a person out with a new card and he couldn't get it to work on the network either. This person admitted up front he had no experience at making the plotter work in a netwrok. I informed Action that the unit was still not working and have had no return calls or offers to take the unit back. We have 11 units (printers, plotters, copiers) so our account would have been a good one fort Action. I'd hate to find out how treat the regular guy with a simple
